How it works

Become a subscriber

If you have already found your favorite coffee or espresso that you would like to have regularly and automatically delivered, simply select "Buy as a coffee subscription" on the respective product page and choose a delivery interval of 7, 14 or 30 days. Last but not least, you choose the grinding degree, package size and the amount you would like to receive regularly and place the product in the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout to complete your subscription and trigger the first delivery.

The coffee subscription is available for all of our coffees in the espresso, single origin and blends categories as well as for selected specials. You can add as many products as you want to a subscription.

Making adjustments

You can postpone or suspend deliveries, e.g. if you are on vacation or still have enough coffee at home. If you unexpectedly use more coffee, you can also move your next order forward. In addition, you can switch between products at any time, adjust the quantity or the delivery interval. Everything is possible!

To make an adjustment, you can either follow the link in your reminder email, log into your account (optional) or simply send us an email with your change request to hallo@kaffeeroesterei-elstermuehle.de.

Cancellation

First things first: There is no notice period! You can cancel your subscription at any time, even immediately after the first order. It is your decision and we look forward to every order that we may deliver to you.

To cancel your coffee subscription, you can either follow the link in your reminder email, log into your account (optional) or simply send us an email with your cancellation request to hallo@kaffeeroesterei-elstermuehle.de.

Frequently asked questions about the coffee subscription

How do I avoid too much coffee being delivered?

You will automatically receive a reminder email about the upcoming delivery 3 days before each new order. This gives you enough time to check your coffee inventory and, if necessary, adjust your subscription or delay upcoming deliveries. So that you can do this spontaneously and on the go, with every reminder we also send you a link to your subscription management, where you can make the changes directly, even without a shop account! Alternatively, you can simply reply to the reminder email with your change request.

How can I pay?

At the moment, only the credit card payment method is available for the coffee subscription. This is stored once and automatically charged with each new delivery. We are working on expanding the payment methods for our subscription and will keep you up to date as soon as something changes here.

Do I get invoices?

Yes, as soon as your shipments have been sent, you will receive both a shipping notification and an invoice in PDF format by email.

Can my shipment be delivered to a Packstation?

Yes, we send all of our packages via DHL. Thereby you can also have a packing station delivered. The text Packstation must appear in the "Street" field and the Packstation number directly behind it. The post number must be in the additional address field.

Depending on the device, the DHL widget is available in the shopping cart, where you can select your packing station or DHL shop and automatically add its address to the checkout.

Can I use a different invoice address?

Yes. Just select the corresponding option at checkout.

Can I also test it first?

Of course. Either you start the subscription and cancel it immediately if you don't like the coffee. Alternatively, you can order your desired coffee from us without a subscription in any package size. We do not send free sample packs.

How much does shipping cost and is the coffee subscription also delivered abroad?

Like all orders, we also deliver subscriptions to Germany and Austria.

For deliveries within a coffee subscription, standard shipping of € 4.99 (Germany) or € 15.00 (Austria) is always due.

How does the gift subscription work?

Our gift subscription works basically the same as the normal subscription. The only difference: you pay this once for the entire term and the subscription ends automatically afterwards. You can choose the gift subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months.

So if you want to give away a subscription over a period of 6 months, for example, put it in the shopping cart as with the standard subscription. The indicated price already refers to all 6 shipments. After you have paid for the subscription, the first shipment will be triggered. The person receiving the gift will then receive the chosen coffee from us once a month for the next 6 months. After that, the subscription ends automatically and you don't have to do anything else.

You can also add several articles to a subscription here as well. However, it is not possible to change the products included or the shipment interval with this subscription afterwards.

If you want to give away several subscriptions to different people, please place several orders. Due to the system, only one shipment address can be given per order.

If you wish, you can leave a short personal message for the recipient in the shopping cart when you place your order. We are happy to send it on your behalf together with the first shipment.

Please note that the address of the person receiving the gift should be given as the delivery address!
